The Criminal cases electronic services portal

The following electronic services are provided on the Elecronic Criminal Services Portal (EPP) to a participant in a pre-trial investigation process or to another person with an interest in the process related to the per-trial investigation:

• see relevent information related to the pre-trial investigation;
• to get acquainted with the procedural documents of the pre-trial investigation and the course of the pre-trial investigation;
• to sign the procedural documents submitted for inspection with an electronic signature;
• in accordance with the rights of a perticipant in the proceeding provided for in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania to cubmit requests, statments, complaints to the subject of pre-trial investigation electronically;
• to coordinate visits with the subject of pre-trial investigation regarding the performance of pre-trial investigation actions electronically;
• make payments related to the pre-trial investigation.

The Services are only availible to authenticated, logged in users „My portal“ environment, upon approval of the consent to the Rules for the provision of services of the electronic services portal of the integrated criminal procedure information system.
